Popular Taiwanese actor Joe Cheng will be making his first official visit to Korea to meet his fans.
Joe will attend the Mnet KM Music Festival on November 17, and will hold a fans’ meeting on the next day.

Taiwanese artists Joe Cheng, Ariel Lin and Jiro Wang was in Japan to promote TV drama It Started with a Kiss.
The drama is based on Japanese manga, and will start showing in Japan soon. The drama was shown in Taiwan in 2005… a sequel for the drama is currently in making.

The sequel of popular Taiwanese drama It Started with a Kiss has started filming last Wednesday (Mar 28).
The leading stars, Joe Cheng and Ariel Lin is joining hands again in the drama.
ISWAK was shown in late 2005 and was one of the highest rated Taiwanese drama in recent years. The drama was also pretty well received in other Asia region.

A mini-concert was held yesterday (Feb 9) in memories of Taiwan artist Beatrice Hsu Wei Lun who passed away 2 weeks ago.
The concert was named Guang Mang (Chinese title: 光芒; means shining), after one of the 3 recorded but unpublished songs of Beatrice.
Beatrice’s family, friends and fans attended the concert.
Thursday (Jan 8) was the funeral for beloved Taiwanese artist Beatrice Xu, who passed away on Jan 28 from a car accident.
Taiwan artist Beatrice Xu (Hsu Wei Lun, 1978-2007) passed away on Sunday evening (Jan 28).
Beatrice met with a car accident on late Friday night (Jan 26) and suffered serious injuries, she finally passed away after nearly 43 hours of rescue. Beatrice died of low oxygen level that was caused by her head injury.
Beatrice was quite popular in Taiwan; she was dubbed Angel by her fans, and was good buddy of other famous stars like Ariel Lin, Cyndi Wang, Joe Cheng and Rainie Yang etc.
Rest in peace, dear Beatrice.
Taiwan star Ariel Lin is rising in popularity in China with her TV drama It Started With A Kiss that’s now showing in a few different TV channels.
Ariel and co-actor Joe Cheng has been the talking point of various China forums. Although being highly popular in Taiwan, both stars are not that famous in China yet, not before It Started With A Kiss, which was shown in Taiwan about a year ago.
While Joe is still finding a way to expand his fame; Ariel’s popularity is expected to continue rising in 2007 with the highly anticipated TV production, The Legend of The Condor Heroes, which is currently in filming.
