Anita Yuen and Kenny Bee in China to help the poor
Hong Kong actress Anita Yuen and veteran artist Kenny Bee visited the rural areas in Xining, Qinghai, China.
The duo representing a Hong Kong charity organization to visit the area which is considered the poorest region in China. The average annual income is only RMB300 (~USD40). They feed daily on potatoes and also facing some water supply problems.
Anita and Kenny then flew to Beijing for a press conference to raise the awareness of helping the poor. Also at the press conference was former actress Christy Chung, who visited the same area a couple years back.
