Japanese pop star Koda Kumi will work with Korean boyband TVXQ in her next single, Last Angel.
The idea of working together first emerged when both parties met in last year’s Asia Song Festival. Last Angel will be Koda Kumi’s 38th single, and will be used as Japanese theme song for movie “Resident Evil: Extinction”, which is set to premiere in November 2007.
dol band Super Junior’s second regular album “Don’t Don” has been topping various charts since its release last Thursday on Sept. 20. The boy band has shown a drastic transformation in the new album.

Their album is number one on both the daily and weekly charts on Hanteo.com while posting top weekly sales for the third week of September on other music portals including Hot Tracks, Oi Music and Yes24.

Hong Kong pop star Jacky Cheung has been blacklisted by Philippines Consulate from hiring Filipina maids.

According to Filipino Globe, a monthly magazine dedicated to Philippines workers in Hong Kong… Jacky and his wife are on the consulate’s ‘watch list’ for firing too many maids. For the past 3 years Jacky has hired a total of 21 maids, but only a few has managed to work till the end of their 2 years contract.
Jacky currently has hired 4 Filipina maids, but will not be allowed to renew their contract and will not be allowed to hire new maids.
Taiwanese boyband F4 held a press conference in Seoul to promote Taiwan tourism on September 21. F4 is the ambassador for Taiwan tourism under the Wish to See You in Taiwan project.

Hong Kong actress and singer Cecilia Cheung on Saturday gave her first postpartum stage appearance to China Central Television.

The 27-year-old mother appeared in the mainland city of Suzhou with a slim figure, about two months after she gave birth to Lucas, her first child with her celebrity singer hubby, Nicholas Tse.
The couple were in Suzhou recording the “Happy China” concert series, which is to be aired later on CCTV.
Cecilia Cheung and her husband appeared on stage separately, each singing two songs. Tabloids say their brief appearances earned them one million yuan (US$133,157).
