A Japanese paper reported that pop star Ayumi Hamasaki was diagnosed with sex disease last month (December 2006) but was not hospitalized because the problem was not too serious.
It’s still unclear if it was plain rumors or with solid proof, but the news is pretty shocking for Ayu’s fans at the moment.
Speculations are that Ayumi got STD from her visits to some gigolo bars. It’s pretty common for Japanese stars to visit gigolo bars, and Ayu is one of the frequent customers.
